Life is always changing in Dogo, and there is a recent movement called “Dogo Art”. We here at DOUGOYA have spun our own unique version of this with “DougoyArt”. We employed the “Artist in Residence” project. Please soak in the essence of the artist's soul bound to the art in these traditional Japanese rooms.

In 2015, Bakibaki, and in 2016, Mon came to create their own special art rooms. We hope you enjoy the classical Japanese inn style tatami rooms fused with the essence of these talented artists.

Guests set up the futons by themselves.
Please do not have gatherings in the room after 9:00pm.
Guest rooms are not equipped with TVs or refrigerators, but they are available in the shared space.
